2023 Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime
08 September 2023
During the past week, Dr. Martin Suryana, S.H., M.Hum. , Dr. Anastasia Suhartati, S.H., M.Hum. and Clifford Breva Suryana returned to England on behalf of Martin Suryana and Associates, Advocates and Legal Consultants, to present and discuss alongside colleagues in the 2023 Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime. This year’s symposium raises the theme of integrity, as explained by Professor Barry Rider OBE, with experts from over 100 countries being involved in various workshops and discussion sessions. In particular, our team presented a major case about digital evidence issues on Indonesian law and perspectives on the new Indonesian criminal code.
Martin Suryana and Associates, Advocates and Legal Consultants has actively participated in the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime since 2013. The symposium’s mission to better understand threats on economic crime and seek practical solutions, aligns with our own company’s values of contributing our practical experiences to the academic world through relevant cases in Indonesia.
