Dr. Martin Suryana, S.H., M.Hum. is the
founder of Martin Suryana & Associates with more than 20 years of
experience in complex corporate and business legal cases. His dedication to this
profession and competency has been proven nationally and internationally.
Besides his contribution as an advocate, he is also a lecturer for the Law Faculty of
Universitas Surabaya and frequently becomes the speaker on various legal
events.
His expertise is supported by various
certification and traineeships, such as a Certified Liquidator Indonesia as
receiver and organization committee, member of the Indonesian Lawyers’ Association
(PERADI), the Indonesian Liquidators’ Association (PPLI), the Committee of DPP Indonesian Receiver and Administrators Association (HKPI), and also registered as a member
of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Dr. Martin Suryana, S.H., M.Hum. has an excellent legal background which was demonstrated in his academic achievement as a cumlaude graduate from the Law Faculty of Universitas Surabaya (Bachelor’s Programme), best graduate honor and summa cumlaude graduate of Universitas Surabaya (Master’s Programme) and cumlaude graduate (Doctorate’s Programme) from the Law Faculty of Universitas Airlangga. Moreover, he got an appreciation from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for his contribution to legal study. His passion for education could be simply demonstrated from his never-ending updates and upgrades of his knowledge. The recent symposium he attended was 37th Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime which held by the Law Faculty of Jesus College, Cambridge.
