Muhammad Havel Dhiya Ulhaq earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Brawijaya, graduating cum laude with a GPA of 3.99, and was awarded Best Graduate. During his studies, he was actively involved in various academic and student organizations, notably serving as the Head of Research and Development at the State Administrative Law Student Association, where he focused on developing legal studies and enhancing students' academic capacities.
Havel joined Martin Suryana and Associates in 2025 as a Junior Associate and has a strong interest in business law practice, particularly commercial, trade, and tax law. In his daily work, he actively handles various legal matters, including legal research, drafting legal opinions, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, and providing comprehensive legal support to clients in carrying out their business activities.
To support his professional competence, Havel has completed the Special Education for the Advocate Profession (PKPA) and passed the Advocate Professional Examination (UPA). To further sharpen his expertise in taxation, he has also obtained the Brevet Tax A and B certificates.
